A Pomerol in the age of renewal
An unique parcel approach
For many oenophiles, tasting a great Pomerol is an unforgettable sensory experience. These great wines, whose reputation is built on rarity and excellence, are expected to offer richness and subtle complexity.
In the light of the tasting, Château Sainte-Marie shows a clear commitment to a resolutely precise approach to the expression of each parcel. It allows to express the uniqueness of each terroir.
It’s an approach that has already given the wine a Pomerol-style smoothness and finesse, and imbued the young wine with the unmistakable signature of a jeweller’s winemaker.
“The class and rarity of Pomerol wines are unique. They are unlike anything made in Bordeaux. From now on, I want to stand out as a fine newcomer to the Pomerol family, with its own distinctive style and identity.”

Subtlety and depth
Here are the greedy expressions of pure amphora Merlot bursting with fruit, there a Cabernet Franc mingled with sweet spices and pepper, elegantly marked by the fine tannins of the wood.
The wines of Château Sainte-Marie are instantly digestible and drinkable, even though time has not yet patinated the vibrating juices.
Château Sainte-Marie has a subtle and deep appeal.
