Personal data collected by Château Sainte-Marie.

Château Sainte-Marie collects only the personal data necessary for the use of the Service, which are as follows:

Identification data: Château Sainte-Marie collects personal data from you, including, but not limited to, your e-mail address, name, job title, company or organisation name, and telephone number. You will be asked whether the information collected is mandatory or not on the input form.

You can provide us with this information by entering it directly into the input form when registering and then when using your Account.

User profile: Château Sainte-Marie may also collect demographic information, such as postcode, age, gender, preferences, interests and favourites that you have entered in your profile.

Connection data: Château Sainte-Marie automatically collects certain information about the hardware and software of your computer or mobile device. No information collected from children under 13: Château Sainte-Marie will never knowingly solicit or collect information from children. SECURING OUR SERVICES

Chateau Sainte-Marie secures your personal information and the personal information of others from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Chateau Sainte-Marie does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists or the identities of individual customers to third parties. DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY Château Sainte-Marie

Château Sainte-Marie retains your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy and for other legitimate business purposes, unless the law requires that your personal data not be retained otherwise. The data processed in connection with the use of our System and related to your use of the Services is retained for a period of one week from the date of unsubscription from the site, unless the law requires that certain of this data be retained for a shorter period.

Finally, this data may be archived in order to manage any claims or disputes in progress and/or to respond to requests from the authorities authorised to make such requests.

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
